I make this soup and everyone just loves it. Its quick and easy. You can just put anything you like in your soup...Just use your imagination. You'll be surprised of what is accomplished. So enjoy.

Ingredients For hamburger soup

  • 3 lb
    ground beef or ground chuck
  • ...h20(water) just to cover the top of the soup.
  • dash
    anything of any seasonings you like to add to your taste.
  • approx 1
    cup of macaroni, elbow
  • 1 can
    of each...
  • french style green beans
  • sliced carrots
  • whole kernel of corn
  • diced tomatoes
  • tomato sauce
  • dash
    worcesrshire sauce to taste

How To Make hamburger soup

    Brown your ground beef. then drain off fat as much as you can. While you're doing this...get a large stock pan on the stove to get ready to add veggies. Important note: Make sure you drain the veggies good.

    Add ground beef to your veggies,tomato sauce, seasonings....Then add h20 just to cover the top of your soup

    turn to low heat and let it simmer, Important note: add your macaroni shells in when you're just about done with the soup cooking....at the lsat minute so macaroni don't get mushy at the end
