1Brown your ground beef. then drain off fat as much as you can. While you're doing this...get a large stock pan on the stove to get ready to add veggies. Important note: Make sure you drain the veggies good.
2Add ground beef to your veggies,tomato sauce, seasonings....Then add h20 just to cover the top of your soup
3turn to low heat and let it simmer, Important note: add your macaroni shells in when you're just about done with the soup cooking....at the lsat minute so macaroni don't get mushy at the end
