Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 4 cups water
- 1 pound canned tomatoes
- 1/2 - bay leaf
- 1 cup choped onion
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 - 10 oz. pkg mixed vegetables
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 - beef bouillon
- 2 - celery stalks
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried
How To Make ground beef soup

Step 1In large saucepan, saute beef and onions until meat is well browned.

Step 2Add water, tomatoes, celery (chopped), salt, bouillon, and bay leaf. Add worcestershire sauce and pepper. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf!

Step 3Add mixed vegetables, noodles, and thyme. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
