Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large carrot sliced thinly
- 8 cups water
- 2 - beef bouillon
- 1 package au jus mix
- 2 - bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces egg noodles cooked in boiling salted water and drained
How To Make ground beef noodle soup

Step 1Brown the beef with the onion, garlic, and carrot. Add the water bouillon, Au Jus mix, bay leaves and black pepper. Bring to a boil reduce to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes. Add the cooked noodles and simmer 5 more minutes.

Step 2Remove and discard bay leaves before serving.
