    ground beef
  • 1 large
    onion diced
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 large
    carrot sliced thinly
  • 8 c
  • 2
    beef bouillon
  • 1 pkg
    au jus mix
  • 2
    bay leaves
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 8 oz
    egg noodles cooked in boiling salted water and drained

How to Make Ground Beef Noodle Soup


  1. Brown the beef with the onion, garlic, and carrot. Add the water bouillon, Au Jus mix, bay leaves and black pepper. Bring to a boil reduce to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes. Add the cooked noodles and simmer 5 more minutes.
  2. Remove and discard bay leaves before serving.
