Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups crushed tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons hungarian paprika
- 4 cups beef stock
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 ounces shell macaroni
- salt and pepper
How To Make goulash soup

Step 1Add the oil to a pot. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic and cook until beef is browned. Stir in the flour then add the crushed tomatoes.

Step 2Mix until thickened. Add the paprika and beef stock and oregano. Bring to a boil.

Step 3Add the shell macaroni and cook until the macaroni is done. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
