"gosserized" zuppa toscana (olive garden copycat)
My 'Gosserized" version of one of the kids favorite soups from Olive Garden (from when Bub was working there). Really quick little meal when you don't have a lot of time but you want a lot of taste!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds green onion sausage
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 6 medium red potatoes, sliced half and 1/4 in slices2
- 1/2 cup carrots, crinkle cup and chopped
- 2 cans 14 oz cans chicken broth, low sodium
- 1 quart water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.2 cups bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
How To Make "gosserized" zuppa toscana (olive garden copycat)

Step 1Remove sausage from casing and brown in skillet over medium heat. Add chili flakes and cooked until completely cooked.

Step 2Place onions, carrots, potatoes, garlic, water and chicken broth into meat mixture and cook on medium until potatoes are done.

Step 3Turn the heat low and add the chopped kale and heavy cream. Add seasonings and heat through and serve with that bacon on top! So yummy...
