This is one of My Family's Favorite soups I make. It all started when I found roasted tomatoes on sale and had the ground beef in refrigerator ready for something for dinner. Perfect for that cool day when You need a hearty meal.Very filling.

Meat with onions and peppers back to pot with all rest of the ingredients except pasta. Bring to boil then simmer for and hour. Taste for seasoning.

Boil Pasta in salted water til done. First meal I have pasta on side, Add to bowl and pour the goodness over, top with parm optional but delicious. I dont like when pasta explodes in soups. When cooled and ready for fridge its then I add pasta to cooled soup for leftovers. Enjoy
