Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb
    beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 4
    medium zucchinis, cut into 1" slices
  • 2 c
    hot water
  • 2 Tbsp
    steak sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    whole kernel corn, drained, 17 ounce
  • 3 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp
    cold water

How to Make Farm Style Stew

Step-by-Step

  1. Sprinkle beef with salt, pepper, paprika and seasoned salt.
  2. Place in slow-cooking pot with zucchini; pour hot water and steak sauce over.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or until tender.
  4. Turn control to high.
  5. Stir in corn.
  6. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water; add to meat mixture.
  7. Cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes.
