Step 1ADD MEAT,GARLIC,CUMIN,POTATOES SALT & PEPPER,ONION, FROZEN MIXED VEGGIES. ADD WATER IN THE CROCK POT TO AN INCH FROM THE TOP. MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS CUT IN QUARTERS OR IN HALF. ALSO IF YOU LIKE YOU CAN CUT THE BEEF STEW MEAT INTO SMALLER PIECES.
