1In a deep kettle, melt the butter and then add the ground beef & brown it. After the burger is browned, add the onion, juice, water & cream of celery soup. Stir until smooth & then add the remaining ingredients and simmer, covered for 15 minutes.
2Notes: I generally use very lean beef or even half hamburger and half ground turkey. Also, you can ues once can of cream of celery and one can of cream of chicken, this works well too.
