Ingredients
- 4 cans large cans of large cut veg-all vegetables
- 1-2 can small cans of veg all vegetables
- 3-4 cans sliced or whole potatoes-slice the whole potatoes
- 1-2 can corn
- 1-2 can green beans
- 1 large onion- sliced
- 1-2 quart tomato juice-plus a cup or two extra
- 3-4 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon crisco shortening
- 2-2 1/2 pounds ground beef
How To Make easy vegetable soup

Step 1In a large stock pot place the opened and drained cans of Veg-All, beans, corn,- the sliced onions & the salt and the tomato juice.

Step 2Brown the hamburger meat. We pour the meat and small amount of the grease from it in the pot with the other ingredients. The grease gives it extra flavor. I sometimes add a little water too. Stir and cook 30- 45 minutes. Serve with some warm cornbread. I use the Martha White Sweet Yellow Cornbread mix.
