- 2 cans campbells beef broth
- 1 - potato, cubed
- 1 cup cut up tomatoes
- 16 ounces bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cooked, diced beef
How To Make easy vegetable beef soup

Step 1In 3 qt stockpot combine broth, 2 c water, potato, tomato, vegetables, thyme and pepper. Heat to boiling. Cover, cook over low heat 15 min or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Add beef, heat through, stirring often.
