Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1 can pinto beans (rinsed)
- 1 can black beans (rinsed)
- 1 can whole kernal corned (drained)
- 1 can stewed tomatoes, mexican
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 package original hidden valley ranch dressing (dry)
- 2 1/2 cups water (or more to make broth)
How To Make easy taco soup

Step 1Brown ground beef and onions in a large pan, drain off fat.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients and simmer for an hour or so.

Step 3When ready, serve in big soup bowls. Some like it with a skillet of hot cornbread, but my family likes it topped with tortilla chips, shredded cheese and sour cream!
