    ground beef, ground pork and/or shredded chicken
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning
  • 2 can(s)
    rotel diced tomatoes with green chillies
  • ·
    corn to taste
  • 1 can(s)
    kidney beans
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans or pinto
  • ·
    tomatoe juice, desired amount
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1
    sweet onion diced, to taste
  • TOPPINGS

  • ·
    sour cream
  • ·
    grated cheese
  • ·
    tortilla chips
  • ·
    olives
  • ·
    corn
  • NOTE

  • ·
    a little sugar can take out some of the acidity from the tomatoes and juice for those with stomach issues

How to Make Easy One Pot Taco Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Directions: Brown your ground beef in a large sauce pan and drain grease. Add in taco seasoning. Add in all cans of vegetables with juices. Add tomato juice and onions. Let simmer for at least 2 hours. (The longer is sits the better)
