Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, ground pork and/or shredded chicken
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2 cans rotel diced tomatoes with green chillies
- - corn to taste
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can black beans or pinto
- - tomatoe juice, desired amount
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 - sweet onion diced, to taste
- TOPPINGS
- - sour cream
- - grated cheese
- - tortilla chips
- - olives
- - corn
- NOTE
- - a little sugar can take out some of the acidity from the tomatoes and juice for those with stomach issues
- NOTE
- - i've wanted to try a can of refried beans... just a thought
How To Make easy one pot taco soup

Step 1Directions: Brown your ground beef in a large sauce pan and drain grease. Add in taco seasoning. Add in all cans of vegetables with juices. Add tomato juice and onions. Let simmer for at least 2 hours. (The longer is sits the better)
