pour on can chicken broth in to a large pasta pot and half a can of water. Set on burner to boil. Add bayleaf, salt, pepper, and (opt) rotisserie seasoning.
Dice 4 carrots, 1/4 of a small onion and slice 4 celery sticks(more can be added depending on your taste). Add veggies and (opt) 1/4 bell pepper diced now.
Boil until veggies are tender. Add 1/2 package of noodles and diced fajita strips. Add 2nd canof broth heat till boiling then add noodles, Cook till noodles are tender.
Add 1/2 cup milk and taste test for saltiness (add more water if too salty).
Serve with your favorite cracker.
