This is the easiest and tastiest stew you will EVER eat ... while I was never a big fan, this has become one of our favorite winter meals ... add cornbread and you're done!

Ingredients

  • NOTE: I USUALLY DOUBLE THE RECIPE

  • SINCE EVERYONE WILL WANT 2NDS AND 3RDS!

  • 2 can(s)
    stewed tomatoes, pureed in blender
  • 1 can(s)
    cream corn
  • 1 can(s)
    whole kernel corn with juice
  • 1 can(s)
    castleberry's barbecue
  • 1 can(s)
    (large) white meat chicken (water-packed, drained)

How to Make Easy Brunswick Stew

Step-by-Step

  1. Pour all ingredients in crock pot.
  2. Cook all day (or just until hot if you're in a hurry!).
  3. Enjoy with freshly baked cornbread for a "full meal deal!"
