How to Make Easy and Delicious Vegetable Beef Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground chuck; drain.
  2. Drain almost all the juice off the corn only..the juice makes it too sweet. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil; let boil about 5 or so minutes; reduce to simmer and let it simmer as long as you want. I usually let it simmer for 2-3 hours, but you can serve it as soon as potatoes and carrots get done. You can also add any other veggies you want to it. Enjoy.
