Easy and Delicious Vegetable Beef Soup

My husband had this recipe when we got married and thoughout the years I have "doctored it up". We just love it and you can freeze it too. Soup's always better the next day!! Ha Ha!
Ingredients
-
1-2 lbground chuck
-
2 can(s)stewed tomatoes
-
1 can(s)corn, kernel
-
1 smallcan of tomato sauce
-
2stalks celery, chopped
-
1 mediumonion, chopped
-
2-3 mediumcarrots, chopped
-
2 can(s)okra, tomatoes and corn
-
3-4 mediumpotatoes, chopped
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/4 Tbsppepper
-
pinchgarlic powder
-
1 can(s)lima beans
-
3 Tbspkitchen bouquet
-
3 can(s)water, (use tomato cans)
How to Make Easy and Delicious Vegetable Beef Soup
- Brown ground chuck; drain.
- Drain almost all the juice off the corn only..the juice makes it too sweet. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil; let boil about 5 or so minutes; reduce to simmer and let it simmer as long as you want. I usually let it simmer for 2-3 hours, but you can serve it as soon as potatoes and carrots get done. You can also add any other veggies you want to it. Enjoy.
