sweet or hot italian sausage links
4 c
chicken broth
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes (italian style)
1 can(s)
white northern beans
1/2 c
frozen corn
1 tsp
italian seasoning
1 to 2 c

How to Make Dave's Italian Sausage Soup


  • 1In a deep pan cook Italian sausage and brown on all sides for about 15-20 minutes over medium heat.
  • 2Add chicken broth to Italian sausage and cook for about 20 minutes. Take sausage out and slice into chunks then put back into pan.
  • 3Add can of tomatoes and water to sausage/broth mixture. Add beans, rice,corn and Italian seasoning and simmer for another 20 minutes.
  • 4Sprinkle with parmesan or mozzarella cheese or croutons.
