We stay so busy that I have made this as a quick meal served with cornbread or with just crackers. I try to keep extra cans in the cupboard so if need be I can make it at the last minute. My husband likes to rewarm it to eat the next day!!

- 2 cans vegall
- 1 can diced tomatoes large can
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can chili no beans
- 1 pound ground beef - browned
- - salt and pepper
How To Make crockpot cowboy stew

Step 1Brown ground beef and drain.Pour all cans liquid included into crock pot mix in ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2Cook on high until bubbly. It can be eaten right away, but this soup is also great on the 2nd day!!
