Ingredients
- - 4 pounds beef soup bones, cut into pieces
- - 5 cups cold water
- - 1 cup sliced onion
- - 1/2 cup chopped celery
- - eight whole black peppercorns
- - four sprigs parsley
- - one large bay leaf
- - 2 teaspoons salt
- - 1/4 cup water
How To Make crockery cooked beef stock

Step 1mix all ingredients in slow cooker on low. Cover. Cook for 12 to 14 hours. Remove meat and bones. Strain stock. Discard meat, vegetables and seasoning.
