Ingredients

  • - 4 pounds beef soup bones, cut into pieces
  • - 5 cups cold water
  • - 1 cup sliced onion
  • - 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • - eight whole black peppercorns
  • - four sprigs parsley
  • - one large bay leaf
  • - 2 teaspoons salt
  • - 1/4 cup water

How To Make crockery cooked beef stock

  • Step 1
    mix all ingredients in slow cooker on low. Cover. Cook for 12 to 14 hours. Remove meat and bones. Strain stock. Discard meat, vegetables and seasoning.
