This is a really yummy soup. My sister loves to eat it in the winter.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz can)
  • 1 can corn, undrained
  • 1 can black beans, undrained
  • 1 can red kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 package dry hidden valley ranch dressing mix
  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 1 package tortilla or corn chips
  • - shredded cheddar cheese
  • - sour cream (optional)
  • 1/2 package taco seasoning mix

How To Make crock pot black bean taco soup

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients except chips, cheese, and sour cream in a slow cooker.
  • Step 2
    Cover. Cook on low 4-6 hours,
  • Step 3
    Garnish with chips, cheese, and sour cream.
