  • 1 lb
    beef stew meat
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2
    onion, chopped
  • 2
    carrots, chopped
  • 2
    potatoes chopped
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c
    beef broth
  • 2 c

How to Make Crock pot beef stew


  1. add beef stew meat to the crock pot, turn on high heat
  2. add chopped onions, carrots and potatoes. (if you want you can use canned carrots and potatoes)
  3. add paprika,garlic,salt, and pepper to crock pot. (you can also use garlic powder instead of cloves. Just used about a teaspoon or two)
  4. add the water and beef broth (beef bouillon cubes will work just use 2 cubes in 2 cups boiling water)
  5. next add the worch. and stir. cook on high for about 4 hours
