Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 2 cups carrots, grated
- 1 cup water
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make country carrot soup

Step 1In large pan over meduim heat, brown beef and onion; drain.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until carrots are tender. Remove bay leaf.
