Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups ground sirloin
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
- 2 cans 10 oz enchilada sauce
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 can great northern beans
- 1 can corn kernels, fresh or frozen
- 1 can diced fire=roasted tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
How To Make cheesy enchilada soup

Step 1cook meat and onions over medium high heat and drain well...add everything except the cheese and simmer for about 1 hour...then add cheese until melted...Garnish with sour cream and cheese...add Jalpenoes if like!!!
