This is a recipe I found while browsing my favourite website Pinterest and had to try it since it had Cheese burger in the title and boy does it live up to it's name!

Ingredients
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 - carrots, chopped
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 4 - beef bouillon, cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 1/2 cups milk, divided
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 8 ounces mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
- - garnish with bacon, crumbled
How To Make cheesy cheeseburger soup

Step 1Brown and crumble Ground beef Drain excess grease and set aside

Step 2Combine first 8 ingredients in a large sauce pan Bring to a boil over medium-high heat Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender Stir in beef and 2 cups of milk

Step 3In a small bowl, whisk together flour and remaining 1/2 cup milk until smooth Gradually whisk into soup Bring to a boil Cook until thick and bubbly, stirring constantly (to keep it from burning) Reduce heat add cheese and stir until melted

Step 4Garnish with bacon
