Was fooling around and thought "what would be in a cheeseburger soup, so I made one.

Ingredients
- 250 grams bacon
- 50 milliliters olive oil
- 1 kilogram onions diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 kilograms extra-lean ground beef
- 2-3 - chipotle pepper in adobo chopped
- 3 grams dried whole marjoram
- 5 grams dried whole rosemary
- 3 grams dried whole thyme
- 2 - bay leaves dried
- 250 milliliters red wine, dry burgundy
- 1 liter whole tomatoes
- 4 liters beef broth
- 300 grams chopped dill pickles
- 1 kilogram baby spinach
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - worchestershire sauce to taste
- 12 slices hearty bread
- - dijon mustard
- 500 grams grated sharp cheese mix (ues cheddar emmenthal, asiago, parmesan , romano or any mix you want.
How To Make cheeseburger soup

Step 1Saute Bacon onions and garlic in olive oil

Step 2Add Ground beef and continue cooking until beef is fully cooked. Drain excess fat

Step 3Add Chipotles, herbs, tomatoes, and liquids and simmer for 1 hour.

Step 4Just before it is finished add chopped dill pickles and baby spinach. Salt, Pepper and Worchestershire sauce to taste.

Step 5To serve, spread Dijon onto bread slice and float bread on soup. Top with cheese and grill under broiler until cheese is melted (Much like french onion soup)
