- 3 cups chick broth
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups velvetta cheese cubed
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- pinch salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
How To Make cheeseburger soup

Step 1brown meat set aside

Step 2saute onions,carrots celery with basil and parsley add chicken broth potatoes and beef bring to boil. cover and simmer 10 to 12 min. or until potatoes are tender

Step 3in a small skillet melt butter and stir in flour add to soup and boil 2 min reduce heat to low add cheese milk and salt and pepper to taste when cheese melts remove from heat and blend in sour cream
