Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 - potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon beef base
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2.5 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make cheeseburger chowder

Step 1In large pot brown beef, drain.

Step 2Stir in vegetables, base, salt and 1 1/2 cups water.

Step 3Cover and cook until vegetables are tender. (15-20 minutes)

Step 4Blend 1/2 cup milk with the flour.

Step 5Add to saucepan along with remaining milk.

Step 6Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

Step 7Add cheese.

Step 8Heat and stir until cheese melts.
