Just started throwing things together in the crock pot one day and this is what I come up with. It's delicious, even better second day.
Ingredients

2 lbstew meat
-
3potatoes
-
1celery stalk
-
1/2 pkgfrozen corn
-
1/2 pkgfrozen green beans
-
2carrots
-
1 pkgdry onion soup mix
-
2tomatoes, fresh
-
2 Tbspflour
-
2beef bouillon, cubes
-
1 can(s)beef gravy

How to Make Cathy's Sunday Stew
- coat stew meat in flour and fry in a pan until browned
- meanwhile, cut up potatoes in bite size pieces, chopped celery fine, cut up carrots in bite size pieces, chop tomato fine. add all to crock pot with enough water to cover.
- add browned meat to crock pot.
- add bouillon cubes, gravy and soup mix, stir together
- add frozen vegetables and stir
- turn on low and cook 8-10 hours
- Serve over fresh baked biscuits
