How to Make Cathy's Sunday Stew
1coat stew meat in flour and fry in a pan until browned
2meanwhile, cut up potatoes in bite size pieces, chopped celery fine, cut up carrots in bite size pieces, chop tomato fine. add all to crock pot with enough water to cover.
3add browned meat to crock pot.
4add bouillon cubes, gravy and soup mix, stir together
5add frozen vegetables and stir
6turn on low and cook 8-10 hours
7Serve over fresh baked biscuits
