Ingredients
- BROTH
- 8 cups beef broth
- 1 medium onion quartered
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 star anise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 dried chili
- SOUP
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 4 baby bok choy cut into pieces
- 4 scallions chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 cup rib eye sliced very thin
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
How To Make cambodian beef soup

Step 1Place all the ingredients for the broth in a large pot. Bring to a boil reduce to a simmer over low heat and simmer 2 hours. Strain the broth and discard the solids.

Step 2Place the oil in a saucepan and add the garlic and cook 1 minutes. Add the fish sauce juice of 1 lime, sugar, scallions and bok choy and cook 2 minutes. Divide among bowls. Divide the cook noodles, rib eye and bean sprouts between each bowl.

Step 3Pour the steaming hot broth over the bowls which will cook the beef and warm the noodles. Top with cilantro
