- 30 grams oil
- 150 grams bacon, cut in cubes
- 200 grams onions, cut in pieces
- 10 grams parsley, leaves only
- 800 grams beef neck, cut in 3 cm pieces
- 150 grams red wine
- 2 - cloves
- 50 grams tomato paste
- 50 grams gravy
- 300 grams beef stock
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 200 teaspoons sliced mushrooms
- 200 grams sliced carrots
How To Make boeuf bourguignon

Step 1Place oil and bacon into mixing bowl. Press control knob and saute 5 mins/120°C/speed 2.

Step 2Add onion into mixing bowl. Press control knob and saute 5 mins/150°C/speed 2.

Step 3Add parsley, beef neck, red wine, cloves , tomato paste, gravy, beef stock, salt and black pepper into mixing bowl. Press control knob and cook 90 mins/95°C/reverse speed 1.5.

Step 4Add mushrooms and carrots into mixing bowl. Press control knob and cook 60 mins/95°C/reverse speed 1.5.
