How To Make boeuf bourguignon

1Place oil and bacon into mixing bowl. Press control knob and saute 5 mins/120°C/speed 2.

2Add onion into mixing bowl. Press control knob and saute 5 mins/150°C/speed 2.

3Add parsley, beef neck, red wine, cloves , tomato paste, gravy, beef stock, salt and black pepper into mixing bowl. Press control knob and cook 90 mins/95°C/reverse speed 1.5.

4Add mushrooms and carrots into mixing bowl. Press control knob and cook 60 mins/95°C/reverse speed 1.5.
