- 1.5 cups spaghetti sauce

- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 4 cups beef stock
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 5/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
How To Make beefy spaghetti soup

Step 1In large casserole combine ground beef, onion, garlic and oil.

Step 2Microwave at high until meat is no longer pink, stirring once during cooking.

Step 3Drain.

Step 4Add remaining ingredients.

Step 5Cover.

Step 6Microwave at high until spaghetti is done (around 20 to 25 minutes).
