Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 package ramen noodle, beef
- 1 can tomatoe juice, at least 48oz (i use 64oz)
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
How To Make beefy noodle soup

Step 1Brown beef and drain. Place in a large soup pot. Break up the Ramen noodles and add to the pot. Add the rest of the ingredients (including the seasoning packet from the Ramen noodles).

Step 2Let simmer for 20-30 minutes. If it gets too thick, I just add water to thin it down to desired consistency.
