- 2 lbs. of chuck ground beef-6 cans of mixed vegetables-28 ounce can of peeled diced tomatoes- 32 ounces of beef broth-2 packages of lipton recipe secrets-2 packages of beef gravy-seasonings
How to Make Beef Vegetable Soup
- 1Brown beef drain grease-add cans of vegetables with water from cans-add tomatoes do not drain juice-add beef broth-add Lipton soup & dip mix packages-add 2 packages of gravy after you have added a very small of water to it in a small bowl (mix until smooth) add to pot-add 1 tablespoon of cilantro-1 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder-2 leveled teaspoons of accent or salt-1 teaspoon of pepper-onion is optional. Bring to a boil than reduce heat to simmer. Cook on low heat in covered pot for one hour.
