Ingredients
- 3 pounds sirloin tips
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed beef broth, undiluted
- 1 cup mild picante sauce or salsa
- 1 can can whole corn
- 1 medium onion, cut in quarters then sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 medium green squash
- 1 cup fresh kale, chopped
How To Make beef stew

Step 1Cook sirloin in large skillet, until no longer pink

Step 2Combine meat, tomatoes, beef broth, picante sauce or salsa, corn, onion, cumin and salt. To crock pot

Step 3Cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until meat is tender.

Step 4Stir together flour and water. Stir flour mixture into stew mixture and cook on HIGH setting 1 hour or until thickened.
