sirloin tips
1 can(s)
(14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 can(s)
(10 1/2 oz) condensed beef broth, undiluted
1 c
mild picante sauce or salsa
1 can(s)
can whole corn
1 medium
onion, cut in quarters then sliced
1/2 tsp
ground cumin
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 c
all purpose flour
1/2 c
water
1 medium
green squash
1 c
fresh kale, chopped

How to Make Beef Stew

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook sirloin in large skillet, until no longer pink
  • 2Combine meat, tomatoes, beef broth, picante sauce or salsa, corn, onion, cumin and salt.
    To crock pot
  • 3Cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until meat is tender.
  • 4Stir together flour and water. Stir flour mixture into stew mixture and cook on HIGH setting 1 hour or until thickened.
