I found this recipe on the back of a bog of noodles and gave it a try. Boy am I glad I did, it's delicious.

Makes 5 quarts
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds cubed beef stew meat
- 2 - medium onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 15 cups water
- 5 tablespoons instant beef bouillon
- 2 - bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon marjoram leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - 28 oz. can tomatoes, broken up, drained
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 2 cups sliced celery
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 16 ounces medium egg noodles
How To Make beef noodle soup

Step 1In a large soup pan, cook beef and onion in oil until beef is browned. Drain excess fat. Add next five ingredients, cover and simmer l 1/2 hours. Add next five ingredients, simmer 15 minutes longer. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Add to soup, heat through.
