Beef and Cabbage Soup

Karen Crossland

My mom used to make this soup when we were children. This was her favorite soup and I am thankful that she taught me how to make this when I was old enough to learn to cook. She is gone now, but every time I make this, it brings a smile to my face as I remember being in the kitchen cooking with her.
