Beef and Cabbage Soup
1 1/2 lbground beef
1 largecabbage head
2 can(s)diced tomatoes
2 can(s)dark red kidney beans
1 can(s)tomato sauce
1 Tbspgarlic powder
1 tspsalt,or to your taste
1/2 tspblack pepper,or to your taste
How to Make Beef and Cabbage Soup
- Brown ground beef in large stock pot.Meanwhile chop your cabbage and onions.
- Add cabbage and onions a little at the time,giving them a few minutes to cook down before adding more.Don't worry,all or most of the cabbage will be used.
- When the cabbage has cooked down, add your tomatoes, kidney beans,tomato sauce,garlic powder and all seasonings.Simmer for about 1 hour until cabbage is tender. Serve with shredded cheese over top and crusty bread. Hope you enjoy.
