    tomato soup
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 c
    chopped potato or frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1 c
    sliced carrots
  • 3
    beef bouillon, cubes
  • 1 pinch
    sweet basil
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Autumn Soup


  1. Brown meat,drain.In medium size pot mix water and soup. Add bay leaf,onion,basil,potatoes,celery,carrots,boullion and meat . Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well bring to a boil. Lower heat cover and simmer 25-30 minutes.
