Asian Pork & Noodles in a Kicking Sauce

Andy Anderson !

I played around with this dish, using several types of protein. My first thought was to use bite-size chunks of pork, chicken, or beef, but finally settled on using ground pork.

Cooking the pork was the next step, and I decided to poach the ground pork in pepper-laced water…

The sauce then pulls it all together. So yummy.

So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.
