Beef craving a new soup. Decided I wanted to go Asian style! This was fab!
1 1/2 lb
bulgogi or bool kogi (same thing, different spelling)
white onion, sliced to 1/16 in. thick
red cabbage, sliced to 1/16 in. thick
chinese five spice powder
frozen mini wontons (aprox. number)
How To Make
heat coconut oil in large skillet over medium heat. Brown Bulgogi, drain.
In pot mix together all ingredients. bring to a boil over medium then reduce to simmer.
Allow to simmer for at least 1 hour but no more than 2.
Return to boil. Add in frozen mini wontons and cook for additional 2 minutes.
