Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 1/2 pounds bulgogi or bool kogi (same thing, different spelling)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 5 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 - white onion, sliced to 1/16 in. thick
- 1/4 - red cabbage, sliced to 1/16 in. thick
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
- 30 - frozen mini wontons (aprox. number)
How To Make asian beef soup

Step 1heat coconut oil in large skillet over medium heat. Brown Bulgogi, drain.

Step 2In pot mix together all ingredients. bring to a boil over medium then reduce to simmer.

Step 3Allow to simmer for at least 1 hour but no more than 2.

Step 4Return to boil. Add in frozen mini wontons and cook for additional 2 minutes.
