Ingredients
- 2 quarts chicken broth may use bouillon cube
- 1-28 ounce can of tomatoes juice and all, break up tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic pressed
- 2 medium onion chopped
- 2 ounces diced green chiles
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon italian spice
- 1 slice salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- - meatballs
- 11/2 pounds ground chuck
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons raw rice
- 1/2 teaspoon italian spice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 ounces green chiles
How To Make albondigas soup

Step 1Add all ingredients and bring to a boil Add raw meat balls cook 15 minutes ,Add 2 lg diced potatoes,4 diced carrots,and simmer till vegtables are done.

Step 2form into meat balls 1/2 dollar size drop into soup cook about 30 minutes
