This soup is soooo good My good friend gave me this recipes. She kept asking if i had ever made it. She said you have got to try it I did I am so ever glad

  • 2 quarts chicken broth may use bouillon cube
  • 1-28 ounce can of tomatoes juice and all, break up tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic pressed
  • 2 medium onion chopped
  • 2 ounces diced green chiles
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon italian spice
  • 1 slice salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • - meatballs
  • 11/2 pounds ground chuck
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons raw rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian spice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ounces green chiles

How To Make albondigas soup

  • Step 1
    Add all ingredients and bring to a boil Add raw meat balls cook 15 minutes ,Add 2 lg diced potatoes,4 diced carrots,and simmer till vegtables are done.
  • Step 2
    form into meat balls 1/2 dollar size drop into soup cook about 30 minutes
