We had a potluck, noone took credit for the soup and there was no name on the sheets of papers that had this reciepe. It was good soup and I enjoy making it and its just to good to keep to myself.

    large onion-chopped
  • 1 pkg
    hidden valley ranch mix
  • 1 pkg
    taco mix
  • 1 can(s)
    pinto beans-undrained
  • 1 can(s)
    hot chile beans-undrained
  • 1 can(s)
    whole corn-undrained
  • 1 can(s)
    mexican tomatoes-undrained
  • 1 can(s)
    stewed tomatoes-undrained

How to Make A co-workers taco soup


  1. Brown the beef/turkey and add the onion
  2. Drain and place in a large soup pot
  3. Add packaged and can ingredients. Simmer for (1) one hour.
