I make this stew on the stove lot, but on cold days I start it early in the morning before I head to work. When I get home dinner is done. Never is any left overs...

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    beef stew meat
  • 6
    potatoes, cubed
  • 1 c
    baby carrots
  • 8
    celery stalks,chopped
  • 1/2
    onion, chopped
  • 2 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 1
    garlic
  • 1 c
    water

How to Make 6 hr Beef Stew...

Step-by-Step

  1. Clean & chop up all the vegetables. Cut big pieces of stew meat.
  2. Place everything into a crock pot.
  3. Add in seasonings, bay leaf, garlic, tomato sauce & water.
  4. Put in crock pot on high for 6 hours.
