Ingredients

  • pound 2 lbs ground beef
  • can 1 can corn( undrained)
  • can 2 cans rotel tomatoes(mild or hot)
  • can 1 can ranch style beans
  • package 2 cans beef broth
  • package 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • package 1 pkg of ranch dressing mix
  • cup 2 cups chopped veggies onion,bell pepper,celery

How To Make taco soup

  • Step 1
    brown ground beef with veggies drain off fat. add contents of all 6 cans. then add taco seasoning and ranch dressing pkg bring to boil then lower to simmer(covered) for 45 minutes
  • Step 2
    serve in bowls over corn chips(fritos)
  • Step 3
    freeze leftovers in 2 cup portions
