"super easy soup" from a can of baked beans!

When I was at the doctors office, I found this very easy soup recipe in an old woman's magazine. This is a wonderful easy soup, for one of your busy days! We all have them...don't we??? Please enjoy this quick recipe. I did, and like it very much. Yes, I will make it again. Nancy.. 3/19/13

Ingredients

  • 1 can baked beans.......i used vegetarian (fat free) baked beans..a 28oz. can
  • 3 tablespoons catsup
  • 1-2 dash salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • - water, as needed

How To Make "super easy soup" from a can of baked beans!

  • Step 1
    Open can of beans. Add 1/3 cup of water in a blender, along with the beans. Process to a liquid. Add the catsup. Pour into a pan to heat. Add a little more water so it is not to thick. And stir so the bottom ,does not burn. Serve with a little parsley sprinkled on top. crackers or even a grilled cheese sandwich..for lunch or when ever.
