- 4 cups water
- 16 ounces package chourico
- 2 - chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 - sazon goya (con azafran)
- 1 can red kidney beans (use the whole can. including the juices)
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 2 - bay leaves

Step 1Add water and bouillon cubes to deep pan to make stock.

Step 2Slice chourico into half inch pieces.

Step 3Add chourico and remaining ingredients.

Step 4Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
