Ingredients
- 1 pound pkg. Kielbasa sausage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 15 ounces can Italian stewed tomatoes
- 15 ounces can Cajun or Mexican stewed tomatoes
- - Basil, oregano, garlic salt and bay leaves, to taste
- 15 ounces can kidney beans
- 15 ounces can whole kernel corn
- - Shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired
How To Make sausage bean soup

Step 1Cut Kielbasa into thin slices.

Step 2In soup pan or dutch oven, saute sausage and onions; add tomatoes, with juices, and seasonings. Simmer approximately 20 minutes.

Step 3Just before serving, add beans and corn, with juices. Heat through.

Step 4Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired and crusty French bread.
