(16 oz)kidney beans..rinsed and drained

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large sauce pan or soup kettle,cook sausage and onion over medium heat,until meat is no longer pink;drain.
    add next 12 ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes;stirring occasionally.
    Add beans and heat through.
