Quick Black Bean Soup

IMPORTANT: If you are "vegan" then it's important to flavor this soup with chicken bouillon...if Vegans use it...lol...or some sort of seasoning. Be creative. ;D

- black beans
- 1 small
- onion, sliced
- 4 dash(es)
- 3 Tbsp
- 3 dash(es)
- 1/2 lb
- meat (optional) beef, or poultry work best for me, but pork can be used if you like it.
How to Make Quick Black Bean Soup
- 1Start by dropping butter in large sauce pan. Melt and saute' the onions until carmelized.
- 2Add seasoning and black beans. Also add meat if you're not a Vegan.
- 3Bring to a boil...takes about 10 to 15 minutes...then simmer for 30 minutes. Be sure to frequently stir it and add some water ...about a can...if necessary. Serve with Garlic Breaed...so good. Enjoy!
