    dry navy beans
  • 2 qt
  • 4
    peices ham hocks or 1 lb of chunk ham
  • 1 tsp
    liq smoke flavoring
  • 1 medium
    chopped onion
  • 2 stick
    celery cut up
  • 2 stick
    carrots cut up
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make My Navy Bean Soup


  1. In a Crock Pot pour in water,then add other ingredients.Cook on high for 2 hours lower heat to medium for another 3=4 hours.When cooked I take ham out, cool (debone if using hocks).I mash the liquid with Potato masher stir then put ham back in.You also can add more celery,onion or carrots or not use them at all.You can add water if you feel necessary.GOD LUCK
